How do I choose the right membership tier?

Your ideal membership tier depends on your wellness goals, treatment frequency preferences, and desired level of support. We recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation with our team to discuss your objectives and help you select the most appropriate tier. You can always upgrade or adjust your membership as your needs evolve.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes, all memberships are flexible. You can pause your membership for up to 3 months per year or cancel with 30 days notice. Annual memberships require a 60-day cancellation notice. We want to ensure our membership structure works for your lifestyle and circumstances.

Are there any long-term commitments?

Monthly memberships have no long-term commitment and can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. Annual memberships offer a 10% discount and require a 12-month commitment. After your initial term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis unless you choose to renew annually.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Premium and Elite members have more flexible cancellation policies. Unused sessions in most tiers do not roll over month-to-month, though Elite members have more flexibility with session banking.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Absolutely. You can upgrade your membership at any time, and the new benefits take effect immediately with prorated pricing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Our team is here to help you make adjustments as your wellness journey evolves.
